【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=옥천군은 3일 오전 9시, 옥천고등학교 웅비관(강당)에서 EBS 윤윤구 강사를 초청해 ‘찾아가는 대학입시 전략 설명회’를 개최했다.
이번 설명회는 급변하는 대학입시 환경 속에서 지역 학생들에게 정확하고 신뢰도 높은 입시 정보를 제공하고, 이를 바탕으로 체계적인 진학 전략을 수립할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 강연에 나선 윤윤구 강사는 EBS 입시정보 대표 강사로서 2028학년도 대입 제도 개편을 중심으로 ▲고교학점제 전면 도입 ▲내신 5등급제 ▲지역 맞춤형 정시·수시 준비 전략 등 핵심 내용을 심도 있게 전달했다. 특히 변화된 제도에 맞춘 학습 방향과 준비 전략을 실제 사례 중심으로 설명해 학생들의 이해도를 높였다.
설명회는 옥천고등학교 1~3학년 학생 총 598명(1학년 203명, 2학년 200명, 3학년 195명)을 대상으로 학년별 3회차로 나누어 진행됐으며, 회차별 90분 동안 집중도 높은 강의가 이루어졌다.
또한 입시 전문가가 직접 학교를 방문하는 방식으로 운영되어 학생들의 이동 부담을 줄이고 교육 접근성을 높였다는 점에서 의미를 더했다.
곽명영 행복교육과장은 “이번 찾아가는 입시 설명회를 통해 학생들이 학교 현장에서 바로 적용할 수 있는 실질적인 진학 로드맵을 설계하는 데 도움이 되었기를 바란다”며, “앞으로도 지역 여건을 반영한 맞춤형 진학 지원을 지속적으로 추진해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
