【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시는 오는 6일부터 충주사랑상품권 모바일(QR) 가맹점 접수를 시작한다고 3일 밝혔다.
이번 QR 가맹점 도입은 충주사랑상품권의 디지털 결제 환경을 확대하고, 시민과 가맹점 모두의 이용 편의성을 높이기 위해 추진된다.
QR 가맹점으로 등록할 경우 실물 카드 없이도 충주사랑상품권 앱을 활용한 QR 결제가 가능해져 보다 간편한 결제 환경이 제공된다.
또한 QR 가맹점으로 등록한 업소에는 QR 결제를 위한 전용 QR키트가 제공될 예정이다.
가맹점 신청은 충주사랑상품권 앱 또는 전용 신청 링크를 통해 가능하며, 가맹점주 본인 명의의 휴대폰으로만 신청할 수 있다.
접수 완료 후 모바일 가맹점 등록 및 QR키트 발송까지는 약 3주 정도 소요되며, 신청 순서에 따라 순차적으로 처리된다.
신청 대상은 기존 충주사랑상품권(지류·카드) 가맹점으로 등록된 업소에 한한다.
신규 가맹점의 경우 지류·카드 가맹점 등록을 먼저 완료한 뒤 QR 가맹점 신청이 가능하다.
지류·카드형 가맹점 신청은 읍면동 행정복지센터 또는 충주시 경제과 방문, 팩스, 이메일 등을 통해 가능하며 신청서 서식은 충주시청 홈페이지에서 내려받을 수 있다.
시 관계자는 “모바일(QR) 결제 도입을 통해 시민들의 이용 편의성을 높이고, 가맹점의 결제 방식도 더욱 다양해질 것으로 기대된다”며 “앞으로도 충주사랑상품권의 디지털 기반을 강화해 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
