[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 양산시는 높아지는 기술 규제 장벽 앞에서 자금과 전문 인력 부족으로 신제품 사업화에 어려움을 겪는 관내 기업을 돕기 위해 ‘2026년 기술규제 해결형 시험 인증 지원사업’을 본격적으로 추진한다.
2025년부터 2년간 연간 2억원씩 총 4억원의 사업비가 투입되는 본 사업은, 기업들이 기술규제 환경 변화에 선제적으로 대응하고 제품의 상용화 주기를 단축할 수 있도록 돕는 데 목적이 있다.
지난해에는 시험인증서비스 74건, 인증획득 28건, 시제품 제작 3건을 성공적으로 완수하며, 관내 기업들의 신기술 역량 강화를 이끄는 가시적인 성과를 거두었다.
올해도 시험인증기관인 한국화학융합시험연구원(KTR)이 맡아 수행하며, 기업의 제품 사업화 과정 전반을 아우르는 3가지 핵심 분야로 나뉘어 맞춤형으로 진행된다.
시험인증 서비스는 신제품 개발시 마주하는 기술적 애로사항을 짚어내고 해결하기 위해 기업당 최대 500만 원 한도 내에서 시험성적서 발급 및 국제공인시험을 지원한다.
인증획득 지원은 국내외 인증 획득 비용을 기업당 최대 1,000만원까지 지원하여 급변하는 국내외 규제 기준을 충족하고 판로를 개척할 수 있도록 돕는다.
시제품 제작 지원은 기계, 부품 등 우수 신기술을 보유하고도 자금난으로 상용화에 어려움을 겪는 기업을 위해 최대 3,000만 원을 지원하여 유망 기업의 질적 성장을 견인한다.
양산시 관계자는 “최근 신산업 전환과 글로벌 무역 장벽 강화로 인해 현장의 중소기업들이 체감하는 기술 규제의 벽이 그 어느 때보다 높다”며, “이번 사업을 통해 기술지원과 제품 특성화, 인증 획득을 연계하여 지역 산업의 고부가가치 창출에 앞장설 것”이라고 강조했다.

Yangsan City is launching the "2026 Support Project for Technology Regulation Resolution" to assist local companies struggling to commercialize new products due to a lack of funding and specialized personnel in the face of rising technology regulatory barriers.
With a total budget of 400 million won invested over two years starting in 2025 (200 million won annually), this project aims to help companies proactively respond to changes in the technology regulatory environment and shorten their product commercialization cycles.
Last year, the project achieved tangible results in strengthening the new technology capabilities of local companies by successfully completing 74 testing and certification services, 28 certifications, and 3 prototype productions.
This year, the project will be carried out by the Korea Testing & Research Institute (KTR), a testing and certification agency, and will be conducted in a customized manner, divided into three core areas that encompass the entire product commercialization process.
