브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설이 지난 주말 열린 두 곳의 시공사 선정총회에서 시공사로 선정되며, 올해 정비사업 수주액 누계 2조원을 넘어섰다. 총 5개 사업장에서 2조2525억원의 수주고를 달성했다.
먼저, 기흥1구역은 경기 용인시 기흥구 380번지 일대 한성1차 아파트를 재건축하는 사업이다. 지하 2층~지상 39층, 7개동 783세대 규모로 공사비는 2553억원이다.
대우건설은 용인 지역에서만 총 20개 단지, 1만3845세대를 공급한 노하우를 바탕으로 기흥1구역을 프리미엄 랜드마크 단지로 조성한다는 계획이다. 대우건설이 제안한 단지명은 ‘기흥역 푸르지오 마스터피스’로 최신 푸르지오 트렌드를 반영한 시그니처 외관 디자인이 적용될 예정이다.
아울러 성산 모아타운 3구역에는 지하 5층~지상 29층 6개동 480세대 규모의 단지가 들어설 예정이며, 공사비는 1893억원이다.
대우건설은 ‘마포 푸르지오 트레스 로열’을 단지명으로 제안했으며, 외관·조경·커뮤니티·내부 시스템 등 푸르지오만의 특화설계를 적용해 지역을 대표하는 주거단지로 조성한다는 계획이다. 대우건설은 앞서 성산 모아타운 1구역 시공사로 선정된 바 있어, 이번 수주를 계기로 일대에 브랜드 타운 조성을 기대하고 있다.
대우건설 관계자는 “당사는 단순 시공을 넘어 기획·설계·시공 전반에 걸친 통합 역량을 바탕으로 정비사업의 새로운 기준을 제시할 것”이라며 “조합원들의 기대에 부응하는 상품성과 품질로 지역의 가치를 높이는 랜드마크 단지를 선보이겠다”고 전했다.
