[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기주택도시공사는 노후계획도시 정비사업의 체계적이고 신속한 추진을 지원하기 위해 지난해에 이어 GH사전컨설팅을 실시한다.
이번 컨설팅은 분당, 일산, 평촌, 중동, 산본 등 경기도 내 1기 신도시 특별정비예정구역을 대상으로 진행된다. 공사는 선정된 구역에 대해 정비계획안과 공공기여 방안, 사업성 분석, 추정분담금 산정 등을 종합적으로 검토하여 주민들에게 정비사업 추진을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 계획이다.
특히 올해 컨설팅에는 한국국토정보공사와 협력하여 노후계획도시 정비사업 분야 최초로 전자동의시스템을 도입한다. 전자서명 방식을 통해 주민 동의를 받을 수 있게 됨에 따라 기존 서면 동의 방식보다 시간과 비용을 획기적으로 줄이고 참여 편의성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
기존 서면 동의 절차도 병행 운영하여 주민들의 선택 폭을 넓혔다. 신청을 원하는 구역은 토지등소유자 10% 이상의 동의를 확보해야 하며 신도시별로 1개 구역 선정을 원칙으로 한다.
사전컨설팅 공고는 6일 공사 홈페이지에 게시되며 이달 23일부터 24일까지 신청서를 접수한다. 이후 5월 주민 동의 절차를 거쳐 6월에 대상 구역을 최종 선정할 예정이다.
