충북바이오산학융합원, CGT 공정개발과정 3기 교육생 모집

【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북바이오산학융합원은 복지부와 고용부의 부처 협업 사업인 바이오헬스 아카데미 교육사업의 일환으로 운영하고 있는‘CGT 공정개발과정’3기 교육생을 모집한다고 6일 밝혔다.

  이번 교육과정은 빠르게 성장하고 있는 세포·유전자치료제(CGT) 분야의 공정개발 전문 인력을 체계적으로 육성하고, 산업 수요에 부합하는 실무형 인재를 양성하는 데 목적이 있으며, 특히 기업 수요 기반의 교육과정 설계를 통해 교육과 취업을 연계하는 것이 특징이다.

  금번 과정은 2026년 5월 초부터 9월 중순까지 이론 및 실습 교육(1개월)과  기업현장 프로젝트(3개월)로 구성하여 약 4개월간 진행되며, 교육생에게는 ▶수강료 지원(90% 이상) ▶훈련수당 지급 ▶기업 현장실습 기회 제공(3개월) ▶수료증 발급 ▶취업연계 지원 등 다양한 혜택이 제공된다.

The Chungbuk Bio-Industry-Academic Convergence Institute announced on the 6th that it is recruiting trainees for the 3rd cohort of the ‘CGT Process Development Course,’ which is operated as part of the Biohealth Academy education project, a collaborative initiative between the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The purpose of this course is to systematically cultivate specialized personnel for process development in the rapidly growing field of Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) and to foster practical talent that meets industry demands. This program will run for approximately four months, from early May to mid-September 2026, consisting of one month of theoretical and practical training and three months of on-site corporate projects.
