대구지방고용노동청은 관내 5개 지청과 함께 4월 6일부터 5월 29일까지 약 두 달간 청년을 다수 고용한 사업장을 대상으로 기획 근로감독을 실시한다고 밝혔다.
이번 감독은 대구·경북 지역 내 근로자 30인 미만 사업장 40개소를 대상으로 진행되며, 편의점과 카페 등 서비스업과 중소 병·의원 등이 주요 점검 대상에 포함됐다.
점검 항목은 ▲임금체불 ▲최저임금 준수 ▲근로계약서 작성·교부 ▲임금명세서 작성·교부 등 4대 기초노동질서 준수 여부다. 노동청은 위반 사항이 확인될 경우 시정 기간을 부여하되, 이를 이행하지 않을 경우 즉시 사법처리하는 등 엄정 대응할 방침이다.
황종철 대구지방고용노동청장은 “기초노동질서 확립은 노동권 보호의 출발점”이라며 “청년들이 안심하고 일할 수 있는 환경을 조성하기 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
