(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 8일, 저소득 취약계층의 주거환경 개선을 위해 ‘2026년 효자손플러스 서비스’ 사업을 추진하고 있다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이 사업은 경기부천소사지역자활센터(센터장 송예순) 주거복지사업단이 수행하며, 취약계층 주거 안전 지원과 저소득층 일자리 제공을 통해 자활·자립을 돕는 데 중점을 둔다.
아울러, 올해는 총 4,000만 원 규모의 자활기금 보조금을 처음으로 편성하고, 기존 후원금 중심의 사업구조를 공공재원으로 전환해 사업의 공공성과 지속성을 확보했다.
지원 대상은 기초생활수급자, 차상위계층, 65세 이상 노인가구, 중증장애인 등이며, 선정 가구에는 연 1회, 가구당 최대 20만 원 범위에서 수전 교체, 변기형 안전바 설치, 방충망 보수 등 소규모 집수리 서비스를 지원한다.
특히, 시공 후 6개월간 사후관리도 제공해 주거환경을 지속적으로 관리할 수 있도록 했다.
