인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 교육은 학교 현장에서 발생하는 갈등 상황에 조기 개입하여 사안의 확산을 예방하고 신속하고 체계적인 대응이 이루어질 수 있도록 담당자들의 전문적 기반을 마련하기 위해 기획됐다.
