전북도는 '전북특별자치도 설치 및 글로벌 생명경제도시 조성을 위한 특별법 일부개정법률안'이 지난달 31일 국회 본회의를 통과해 자동차 임시 운행 허가 특례를 새롭게 반영했다고 9일 밝혔다.
