‘TBX 긴급출동서비스’는 평소 주행 거리가 길고 야간∙휴일 운행이 잦은 트럭∙버스 운전자의 주행 환경을 고려해 기획됐다.
TBX 멤버십 회원을 대상으로 운전 중 타이어 수리가 필요한 경우, TBX 전문 매장을 연계한 서비스를 제공함으로써 고객 편의성을 높이는 동시에 안전한 운행 환경 조성에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
해당 서비스는 고객이 ‘TBX 멤버십 앱’의 긴급출동 메뉴를 통해 자신의 차량, 사고 지역을 선택하면 인근 TBX 전문 매장으로 연결해주는 방식이다.
