브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 한국마사회가 정부의 자원안보위기 ‘경계’ 단계 발령에 따라 이달 8일부터 전 사업장에서 임직원 승용차 2부제(홀짝제)를 전면 시행한다.
이번 조치는 기후에너지환경부가 원유 안보위기 경계 발령과 함께 공공기관에 승용차 2부제 시행을 의무화한 데 따른 것이다.
차량 번호판 끝자리가 홀수인 차량은 홀수일에, 짝수인 차량은 짝수일에만 출근 운행이 가능한다. 단, 전기차·수소차 및 장애인·임산부 차량 등은 적용 대상에서 제외된다.
한국마사회는 정부 방침이 평일(월~금)에 한정돼 있음에도 불구하고, 경마 시행 등으로 주말(토~일)에도 근무가 이뤄지는 기관 특성을 고려해 주말을 포함한 전 근무일로 적용 범위를 확대했다.
전 사업장 출입구에서는 오전 7시 30분부터 9시 30분까지 점검을 실시하며, 위반 차량에 대해서는 1회 계도, 2회 주차장 출입 통제 및 기관장 통보, 3회 이상 징계 조치 등 단계별 제재를 적용할 방침이다.
이 외에도 유연근무제 활성화와 통근버스 운영 확대를 통해 임직원 출퇴근 편의를 제고하고, 사내 인트라넷 팝업과 전광판, 안내방송 등을 활용해 에너지 절약 분위기 확산에도 적극 나설 계획이다.
