페이스북에서 검사 박상용의 증인선서 거부 소명서를 읽었다. 장문의 거부사유는 한 마디 한 마디가 폐부를 꿰뚫는 화살처럼 날카롭다.
이재명 대통령(이하 이재명)의 죄를 벗겨내기 위해 민주당은 국정조사청문회를 열고 있다. 그러나 이는 완전한 위헌불법이다. 헌법상 평등과 삼권분립원칙을 파괴하는 행위다. 또 수사는 검찰이, 재판은 사법부가 한다는 법치주의를 정면으로 위배하는 불법이다.

이 범죄들은 모두 대통령이 되기 전 저질러진 사건으로 재판중지는 터무니 없다. 그러나 모든 재판을 중지하더니 이제는 아예 공소를 취소하여 이재명을 범죄로부터 해방시키려 한다.
박상용은 이런 불법무도한 민주당의 폭거에 온몸으로 저항한다. 그가 증인선서를 거부하고 거부사유를 소명하려 하자, 민주당이 이를 제지하고 그를 퇴장시켰다. 소명은 박상용의 귄리이고, 그 소명을 청취하는 것은 민주당의 의무다.
