계룡그룹 KR산업이 공급하는 ‘엘리프 창원’이 공공택지 분양가상한제를 앞세워 4월 10일 본격적인 분양 일정에 들어간다.
‘엘리프 창원’은 합리적인 분양가와 규제 완화 혜택을 동시에 갖춘 점이 특징이다. 분양가상한제가 적용돼 인근 신축 단지 대비 가격 경쟁력을 확보했으며, 실거주 의무 기간이 없어 입주 시점에 맞춘 유연한 자산 운용이 가능하다.
청약 진입장벽도 낮췄다. 전매제한은 1년에 그치고 재당첨 제한도 적용되지 않는다.
