횡성군은 지난 9일 반곡저수지 일원에서 자연 재난(호우·태풍) 발생 시 즉각적인 위기 대처 능력을 끌어올리기 위한 ‘극한 강우 대처 훈련 및 주민대피 지원단 교육’을 전격 실시했다고 10일 밝혔다.
