(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 계양경찰서가 10일, 최근 급증하고 있는 노쇼 사기 및 보이스 피싱 범죄 예방을 위해 계산시장을 직접 방문해 예방 활동에 나섰다.
계양서에 따르면, 지난 8일 경찰서장 등 경찰관 20여명이 계산1파출소 생활안전협의회 회원들과 함께 계산시장을 방문하여 예약만 해놓고 연락을 끊는 노쇼, 전화금융사기 등 주요 범죄 유형을 적극적으로 안내했다.
이날 홍보 활동은 시장 상인과 이용객들을 대상으로 홍보 전단지를 배포하는 방식으로 진행됐다.
특히, 전화나 문자로 금전 이체를 요구받을 경우 혼자 판단하지 말고 즉시 112에 신고해 줄 것을 강조했다.
