[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산 해운대구의 한 중학교에서 학생들에게 폭행을 가한 30대 남성이 귀가 조치 후 인근 상가에서 상의를 탈의한 채 배회하다 경찰에 현행범으로 체포됐다.
해운대경찰서는 폭행과 주거침입 등 혐의를 적용해 정확한 사건 경위를 수사 중이다. 지난 9일 오전 11시 41분경, A(30대 남성) 씨가 만취 상태로 해운대구 소재 한 중학교에 들어가 마주친 남학생 3명에게 팔짱을 끼는 등 신체 접촉을 하며 폭행을 저질렀다. 오전 11시 50분경 신고를 받은 경찰이 출동해 학교 측과 상의한 뒤, A씨의 인적사항을 확인하고 귀가 조치했다.
같은 날 오후 1시 38분경 A 씨는 중학교 인근 아파트 상가로 들어가 상의를 탈의한 채 상가와 아파트 단지 내를 배회했다. 이에 신고를 받은 경찰이 현장에 출동해 주변을 수색한 끝에 A씨를 아파트 인근 노상에서 현행범으로 체포했다.
해운대경찰서는 목격자 진술과 CCTV 영상 등을 통해 A씨의 구체적인 범행 경위를 조사하고 있으며, 폭행 및 주거침입 등 혐의를 적용해 수사 중이다. A는 중학교 내 폭행 후 귀가 조치됐으나, 이후 상가에서 상의 탈의·배회 등으로 다시 소란을 일으켜 경찰에 체포된 것으로 확인됐다.

At around 11:41 a.m. on April 9, 2026, A00, a man in his 30s, entered a middle school in Haeundae District while heavily intoxicated and made physical contact with three male students, including grabbing their arms. Police responded to a report at around 11:50 a.m., reviewed CCTV footage with school officials, identified A00, and sent him home after consulting with the school.
Later that day, at around 1:38 p.m., A00 entered a shopping area near an apartment complex close to the same middle school and wandered around the area without his shirt on. After receiving another report, police searched the vicinity and arrested him on a roadside near the apartment complex as a suspect caught in the act.
The Haeundae Police Station is reviewing witness statements and CCTV footage to determine the exact circumstances of the case. Police are investigating the incident as involving assault and trespassing.
