충남교육청은 이달부터 오는 11월까지 도내 중·고등학교를 대상으로 ‘학교로 찾아가는 노동인권 교육’을 본격 운영한다고 13일 밝혔다.
청소년 아르바이트와 현장실습이 보편화되는 추세에 발맞춰, 학생들이 자신의 권리를 스스로 지킬 수 있는 ‘법적 방패’를 갖추도록 돕겠다는 취지다.
이번 교육은 예비 노동자인 중학교 3학년부터 고등학교 전 학년, 그리고 이들을 지도하는 교원까지 아우르는 체계적인 커리큘럼으로 구성됐다.
특히 대상별 특성을 고려해 강사진을 차별화한 점이 눈에 띈다. 중학생은 노동인권 지도교사가 눈높이 교육을 진행하고, 고등학생은 도 교육청이 위촉한 ‘청소년 노동인권 지킴이’가 현장감 있는 목소리를 전달한다.
