가평군도서관은 지난 11일 설악도서관에서 베스트셀러 '마흔에 읽는 쇼펜하우어'의 저자 강용수 작가를 초청해 올해 첫 '정기 작가와의 만남'을 성황리에 개최했다고 14일 밝혔다.
'쇼펜하우어의 행복한 인생'이라는 주제로 열린 이번 강연에는 휴일을 맞아 지역 곳곳에서 벚꽃축제 등 다채로운 행사가 열렸음에도 불구하고, 철학적 성찰을 갈망하는 수많은 주민들의 발길이 이어져 눈길을 끌었다.
