<브레이크뉴스 춘천 = 이향석 기자> 춘천시가 지역 내 고질적인 일자리 미스매치 현상을 해소하고 얼어붙은 고용 시장에 활력을 불어넣기 위해 팔을 걷어붙였다.
춘천시는 오는 17일 오후 2시 시청 지하 1층 다목적회의실에서 구직자와 기업을 직접 연결하는 맞춤형 채용 행사 '2026년 제2회 일구데이(19-DAY)'를 개최한다고 14일 밝혔다.
이번 행사에는 지역 경제를 이끄는 △레고랜드코리아 유한회사를 비롯해 △주식회사 남문 △(주)웰코스 △(주)삼구에프에스 △(주)여미푸드 △(주)피피이씨춘천 △일동후디스(주) △사회복지법인요셉재단 동산노인복지센터 등 총 8개 우수 기업이 대거 참여한다. 이들 기업은 생산직, 조리사, 사회복지사 등 다양한 직군에서 총 85명의 인재를 현장 채용할 예정이다.
참여를 희망하는 구직자는 정부 취업 포털 '고용24'를 통해 사전 접수하거나, 행사 당일 신분증과 이력서를 지참해 현장을 방문하면 기업 채용 담당자와 1대1 맞춤형 현장 면접을 볼 수 있다.
매월 19일 즈음 열리는 '일구데이(일자리 구하는 날)'는 춘천시를 대표하는 상설 채용 행사다. 지난 2016년 첫발을 내디딘 이후, 지금까지 총 693개 업체가 참여해 2,005명의 구직자가 취업의 문을 통과하는 등 구인난과 구직난을 동시에 해결하는 효자 노릇을 톡톡히 해왔다.
