14일 강릉시에 따르면, 시는 기후에너지환경부가 주관하는 '2027년 재생에너지 보급지원(융·복합지원사업)' 공모 신청을 앞두고 관내 단독주택 소유자를 대상으로 한 사전 수요조사에 본격 돌입했다.
이 사업은 태양광, 태양열, 지열 등 친환경 재생에너지 설비를 설치할 때 비용의 일부를 지원해 지역의 에너지 자립도를 높이는 국비 지원 사업이다. 시는 이번 수요조사를 통해 시민들의 실질적인 참여 규모를 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 내실 있는 공모사업 신청서를 작성해 국비 확보에 나선다는 구상이다.
강릉시가 내년도 공모에 신청할 총사업비 규모는 약 40억 원 수준으로, 총 400여 개소의 단독주택에 설비를 보급하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 다만, 최종 사업비와 보급 규모는 향후 한국에너지공단의 엄격한 평가 결과에 따라 일부 조정될 수 있다.
