【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=달성군이 오는 22일 오후 2시 달성군민체육관에서 ‘2026 제1차 달성군 취업박람회’를 연다.
이날 박람회에는 이수페타시스, 대동, 평화산업 등 지역 제조업 기반의 30개 기업이 참여해 현장 면접을 통해 400여 명을 채용할 예정이다.
채용 분야는 사무, 관리, 품질관리, 생산직 등 다양한 직군에 걸쳐 있다. 구직자들에게는 무료 증명사진 촬영, 면접 컨설팅, 진로 상담, 심리검사 등 취업 준비에 필요한 각종 서비스도 함께 제공된다.
달성군은 이번 행사를 ‘원스톱 취업 지원’ 방식으로 운영해 단순 채용에 그치지 않고 구직자 지원 프로그램까지 결합했다.
이번 박람회는 접근성을 높이기 위해 권역별 순회 방식으로 마련됐다.
지난해 현풍, 화원, 다사 등에서 열린 순회형 박람회가 좋은 반응을 얻으면서, 올해는 첫 행사를 현풍읍에서 치러 보다 많은 군민이 쉽게 참여할 수 있도록 했다.
최재훈 달성군수는 “이번 박람회는 청년은 물론 중장년층까지 아우르며 실질적인 일자리 기회를 제공할 것”이라며 “현장 채용 성과가 지역 경제 활력에도 보탬이 되길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
