【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도 충주교육지원청 위(Wee) 센터는 4월 15일(수)부터 5월 14일(목)까지 초등학교 3개교, 중학교 2개교를 대상으로 학교적응력 향상을 위한 찾아가는 집단상담 프로그램을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
이번 집단상담은 학교에서 신청한 주제를 중심으로 다문화 학생, 청소년기 위기학생들이 학급 안에서 소속감 향상과 교우관계 개선, 건강한 정서함양, 진로(학습) 및 자아성장 등으로 구성되어 있으며, 또래관계개선 집단상담은 다양한 개인의 특성이해 및 활동을 통한 건강한 관계기술 습득을 목표로 기획되었다.
'또래관계개선 집단상담' 프로그램은 학급 구성원 간의 공동체 의식을 형성하고 응집력을 높이는 것을 목표로 한다. 이번 프로그램은 학생들이 '우리 반'이라는 주제 아래, 서로에 대한 돌봄과 동기를 강화하며, 건강한 소통 기술을 배우는 기회를 제공하고 특히, 공동체 목표 인식과 성실성, 규칙 준수, 관심과 돌봄의 가치를 중심으로 학급 내 긍정적인 소통 문화를 조성하려는 목표를 두고 있다. 이를 통해 학생들은 서로의 차이를 이해하고, 갈등 해결 방법을 익히며, 협력적인 관계를 구축할 수 있도록 지원할 예정이다.
충주교육지원청 유충석 교육장은 “상반기 찾아가는 맞춤형 집단상담의 진행, 진단과 분석을 통하여 집단상담의 효과성을 널리 알리고 집단상담이 학생들의 정서적 치유를 돕고 위기에 처해있는 청소년기 문제 예방에 도움을 주는 계기를 만들고자 하였다. 앞으로도 긴급(위기)집단상담 요청 시 즉각적인 집단상담 프로그램 지원을 통해 적극적으로 학교 현장을 지원할 예정이다.”라고 밝혔다.
