15일 춘천시에 따르면, 시는 정부의 소득 계층별 맞춤형 지원 방침에 발맞춰 고유가 피해지원금의 신청부터 지급, 사용까지 전 과정을 총괄할 전담 TF팀을 긴급 가동했다고 밝혔다.
지원 금액은 소득 계층에 따라 차등 지급된다. ▲기초생활수급자는 60만 원 ▲차상위계층 및 한부모가정은 50만 원 ▲소득 하위 70% 대상자는 15만 원을 각각 지원받게 된다.
1차 지급은 기초생활수급자(1만 7,283명)와 차상위계층(1,693명)을 대상으로 오는 4월 27일부터 5월 8일까지 진행되며, 신청과 동시에 지급이 이뤄진다. 이어 소득 하위 70%를 대상으로 한 2차 지급 신청은 5월 18일부터 7월 3일까지 접수한다. 시는 신청 초기 혼란을 방지하기 위해 첫 주에는 요일제를 적용할 예정이다.
지원금 신청은 시민 편의를 고려해 온·오프라인 채널을 병행한다. 신용·체크카드사 홈페이지 및 앱, 콜센터, 모바일 지역사랑상품권 앱을 비롯해 연계 은행 영업점과 각 읍·면·동 행정복지센터에서 신청 가능하다. 지급 수단 역시 신용·체크카드, 모바일 지역사랑상품권, 선불카드 중 자유롭게 선택할 수 있다.
