<브레이크뉴스 춘천 = 이향석 기자> 춘천시가 아동이 행복한 도시 조성을 위해 유니세프 아동친화도시 재인증 절차에 본격적으로 돌입했다.
15일 춘천시에 따르면, 시는 이날 시청 3층 중회의실에서 부서 관계자 20여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘아동친화도시 인증을 위한 연구용역 착수보고회’를 개최하고 추진 방향을 점검했다.

이번 연구용역은 지난 2023년 12월 최초 인증받은 아동친화도시 자격의 갱신을 대비하기 위한 것으로, 단순한 재인증을 넘어 ‘상위단계 인증’ 획득을 목표로 추진된다. 수행 기관은 이달부터 오는 11월 초까지 약 7개월간 과업을 수행하게 된다.

주요 과업 내용은 ▲아동친화도시 표준조사 설계 및 시행 ▲시민 의견 수렴과 아동 요구 분석 ▲아동 요구 확인조사 및 우선순위 도출 ▲도시 환경 진단 및 4개년 추진 로드맵 수립 등이다. 시는 이 모든 과정에서 아동과 시민의 생생한 목소리를 담아내 실효성 있는 정책으로 연결할 방침이다.
이를 위해 시는 이달 중 실무추진단을 구성해 5월부터 본격적인 회의를 진행한다. 이후 7월까지 표본조사와 중간보고를 거친 뒤, 오는 10월 4개년 추진계획을 최종 확정하고 보고회를 가질 예정이다.
