<브레이크뉴스 횡성 = 김일웅 기자> 강원 횡성군이 장애인과 비장애인이 함께 어우러지는 건강한 지역사회 조성을 위해 나선다.
횡성군은 오는 24일 열리는 ‘제46회 장애인의 날 기념행사’와 연계해 횡성실내체육관 일원에서 '장애인식개선 건강체험관'을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
이번 건강체험관은 장애인에게는 실질적인 건강 및 재활 정보를 제공하고, 비장애인에게는 장애에 대한 올바른 인식을 심어주기 위한 취지로 마련됐다.
이날 행사에서는 장애인과 비장애인 누구나 참여할 수 있는 다채로운 프로그램이 진행된다. 주요 내용으로는 ▲장애인이 참여 가능한 국가암 및 건강검진 사업 안내 ▲지역사회중심 재활사업 및 AI·IoT 어르신 건강관리사업 홍보 ▲장애인식 개선을 위한 OX 퀴즈 체험 ▲인생 3컷 사진 촬영 이벤트 등이 준비되어 있다.
김영대 횡성군보건소장은 “횡성군은 현재 장애인의 만성질환 관리와 원격진료를 통한 재활서비스 제공에 박차를 가하고 있다”며, “앞으로도 장애인 유관기관과의 긴밀한 협력을 바탕으로 건강관리 지원 사업을 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 전했다.
