【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시는 충주박물관이 충청북도와 충북문화재단에서 주관하는 ‘2026 생애주기 문화예술교육지원사업’ 공모에 선정되어 도비 3,300만 원을 확보했다고 20일 밝혔다.
‘충북 생애주기 문화예술교육지원사업’은 도민들이 전 생애에 걸쳐 문화예술교육을 향유할 수 있도록 영유아부터 성인까지 맞춤형 프로그램을 지원하는 사업이다.
충주박물관은 이번 공모에서 영유아 대상 프로그램 부문에 최종 선정되는 쾌거를 이뤘다.
이번 사업 선정에 따라 오는 6월부터 8월까지 지역의 유아 500여 명을 대상으로 ‘똑똑똑! 선사문을 열어라~’ 프로그램이 총 30회차에 걸쳐 운영될 예정이다.
이 프로그램은 충주 지역의 선사 문화와 유아교육 누리과정을 연계해 선사시대의 의식주를 체험하는 유아 맞춤형 교육으로 진행된다.
아이들은 선사시대 대표 유물을 주제로 한 역할 놀이를 비롯해 선사 도구 발굴, 사냥, 집짓기 등 다채로운 활동에 참여하게 된다.
프로그램은 △똑똑! 선사시대야? △쏘옥! 선사마을로~! △두둥! 나도 선사인! 등 총 3회차의 체계적인 과정으로 구성되어 유아들의 흥미를 유도한다.
천경순 충주박물관장은 “유아들이 지역의 선사 문화를 놀이 형식으로 즐겁게 배우며 창의성을 키울 수 있도록 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁드린다”며 “이 외에도 직장인 대상 원데이 클래스와 주말 가족 체험 등 전 세대가 즐길 수 있는 프로그램이 마련되어 있으니 박물관을 많이 이용해 달라”고 전했다.
