<브레이크뉴스 가평 = 이용하 기자> 경기 가평군 조종면 지역사회보장협의체(이하 지사협)가 지역 내 취약계층의 쾌적하고 건강한 일상 회복을 돕기 위해 온정의 손길을 내밀었다.
조종면 지사협은 최근 지역 특화사업의 일환으로 관내 위생 관리가 취약한 이웃들을 위한 ‘깨끗한 오늘, 건강한 내일–목욕쿠폰 지원사업’을 성공적으로 추진했다고 20일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 단순히 쿠폰을 지급하는 것에 그치지 않고, 지사협 위원들과 선정된 취약계층 30가구가 1대1 결연을 맺어 직접 가정을 방문해 쿠폰을 전달하는 방식으로 진행됐다. 위원들은 쿠폰 전달과 함께 각 가구의 생활 실태를 꼼꼼히 살피고, 식사나 의료, 주거 등 추가적인 복지 수요를 파악해 맞춤형 서비스로 연계하는 등 복지 사각지대 해소에 총력을 기울였다.
이현숙 조종면 지사협 위원장은 “이번 목욕쿠폰 지원을 통해 어려운 이웃들이 산뜻하고 쾌적한 마음으로 소소한 일상의 행복을 되찾으시길 바란다”며, “앞으로도 주민들이 체감할 수 있는 실질적이고 따뜻한 복지 사업을 꾸준히 발굴해 나가겠다”고 전했다.
