[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 양산시는 북정동 먹거리타운 명칭을 ‘한끼한잔길’로 변경하고 거리 특성을 살린 다양한 조형물 설치사업을 성공적으로 완료했다고 21일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 양산시 중앙로 280 일원 약 500m 구간을 대상으로 총 2억원의 예산을 투입해 추진됐으며, 기존 ‘북정동 먹거리타운’의 명칭을 ‘한끼한잔길’로 변경해 낮에는 식사, 밤에는 술 한 잔을 즐길 수 있는 거리 이미지를 강화하고 상권의 정체성과 브랜드 가치를 높이고자 했다.
주요 조성 내용으로는 거리 명칭을 상징하는 사인물 설치, 노후 분전함 디자인 랩핑, 버스정류장 및 가로등 조형물 설치, 플랜트박스형 띠녹지 조성, 야간경관조명 등이 포함됐다.
이를 통해 보행환경과 야간 경관이 개선돼 시민과 방문객 모두가 쾌적하게 이용할 수 있는 거리로 탈바꿈했다.
