울진군은 4월 22일 군청 대회의실에서 ‘2026년 혁신 아이디어 뱅크 발대식’을 열고 공직자 참여형 정책 연구활동의 시작을 알렸다고 밝혔다.
혁신 아이디어 뱅크는 공무원들이 군정 발전의 새로운 방향을 모색하기 위해 자발적으로 결성한 동아리 형태의 연구 모임이다. 이번 활동에는 다양한 직급의 공직자 19명이 참여하며, 총 4개 팀으로 나뉘어 운영된다.
연구 과제는 ▲저출생 극복 및 지방소멸 대응 ▲관광객 1천만 시대 대비 관광 콘텐츠 개발 등 2개 지정과제를 중심으로 추진된다.
참여 직원들은 오는 9월까지 수시 토론회와 선진지 벤치마킹 등을 통해 정책 아이디어를 발굴하고, 현장 적용이 가능한 실효성 있는 실행방안을 마련할 계획이다.
울진군 관계자는 “이번 연구활동이 직원들의 창의력을 발휘할 수 있는 의미 있는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “행정의 전문성과 문제 해결 역량을 강화하고, 공직사회 전반에 실질적으로 적용 가능한 정책 아이디어가 도출되길 기대한다”고 말했다.

Uljin County has officially commenced research activities aimed at discovering creative policy proposals and strategies for the development of county administration from its public officials.
Uljin County announced that it held the ‘2026 Innovation Idea Bank Launch Ceremony’ on April 22 in the County Office’s main conference room, marking the beginning of participatory policy research activities involving public officials.
The Innovation Idea Bank is a research group in the form of a club, voluntarily formed by civil servants to explore new directions for the development of county administration. Nineteen public officials of various ranks are participating in this initiative, which will be operated by dividing into a total of four teams.
The research projects will focus on two designated tasks: overcoming low birth rates and responding to regional decline, and developing tourism content in preparation for an era of 10 million tourists.
Participating employees plan to discover policy ideas through frequent discussion sessions and benchmarking of advanced sites by this coming September, and to develop effective implementation plans that can be applied in the field.
An official from Uljin County stated, “We hope this research activity serves as a meaningful opportunity for employees to demonstrate their creativity,” adding, “We look forward to strengthening administrative expertise and problem-solving capabilities, and generating policy ideas that can be practically applied throughout the public service.”
