브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 안철수 국민의당 대표는 19일 "추미애 법무부장관과 이성윤중앙지검장은 라임 옵티머스 수사에서 손을 떼고 윤석열 총장도 권력의 방해로 힘이 부친다면 특검 수사의 불가피성을 지적해야 한다"고 주장했다.
안 대표는 이날 자신의 페이스북에 성명서를 내고 "수많은 거짓말을 하고도 눈 하나 깜짝 않는 법무부 장관, 정권에 맹종하는 중앙지검장 체제로는 진실 규명이 어렵다. 특별검사에 의한 재수사가 불가피하다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
그는"가장 시급한 일은 추미애와 이성윤을 수사와 보고에서 완전히 배제 시키는 것"이라며 "이참에 국민에 거짓말을 했던 추 장관을 경질하는 것이 마땅하다"고 말했다.
이어 그는 "수사를 깔아뭉개고 정권과 밀착된 의심을 받는 현 중앙지검장은 용인 진천으로 위성처럼 떠돌고 있는 한동훈 검사장과 자리를 교체하는 것이 어떻겠냐"면서 "이것이 이 정권이 스스로 결백을 자신하며 성역없는 수사, 철저한 진실 규명 의지를 보여주는 태도"라고 강조했다.
안 대표는 또 윤 총장을 향해 "검찰과 자신의 명운을 걸고 엄정하게 수사하고, 특검 수사의 불가피성을 지적해야 한다"고도 했다.
김봉현 전 스타모빌리티 대표의 옥중 서신과 관련해선 "라임 사기 범죄자의 발언을 신뢰할 수 없지만 야권 인사의 이름도 나왔다"며 "국민의힘도 검찰 수사를 기다리지 말고 자체 조사를 통해 먼저 사실관계를 밝혀야 물타기 수법으로 권력형 게이트에서 빠져나가려는 여권의 방해 공작을 막을 수 있다"고 말했다.
