계명대와 한국국제교류재단(KF)이 공동으로 주관하여 ‘2021 KF Korea Workshop’을 개최한다.
주한 외국인을 대상으로 한 이번 KF Korea Workshop은 ‘대구.경북에서 한국의 100년을 여행하다’라는 주제로 오는 24일부터 11월 27일까지 진행된다. 참가신청은 12일 오후 1시까지이며 17일 전체 오리엔테이션이 개최된다.
해당 프로그램은 주한 외국인들에게 한국 사회와 문화에 대한 이해를 높여 쌍방향 공공외교의 기반을 마련하고자 하는 사업이다.

이번 2021 KF Korea Workshop은 총 3개의 세션별로 분야별 전문가들이 나서 4개의 강좌를 운영하며 실시간 온라인으로 1시간 30분씩 진행될 예정이다.
세션A에서는 ▲한국의 안보 ▲한국의 대중음악 ▲한국의 첨단기술 ▲한국의 종교와 철학, 세션B에는 ▲한국의 근대화 ▲한국의 건축 ▲한국의 경제 ▲한국의 소프트파워, 세션C는 ▲한글과 한국어 ▲한국의 4차 산업 ▲한국의 음식 ▲한국의 미디어와 사회 등의 강좌가 준비되어 있다.
김정규 계명대 국제학연구소 소장은 “이번 워크숍으로 주한 외국인에게 한국의 다양성을 보여주고, 대구.경북을 기반으로 한 한국의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 전반에 걸쳐 전문적이고 흥미로운 강의가 될 것이다.”며 “특히, 제4회 공공외교주간은 외국인들이 그동안 경험하지 못한 한국에 대해 직접 체험하고 배우는 좋은 기회가 될 것이다.”고 말했다.
