황병직 경북도의원, “SK머티리얼즈 타 지역 투자 막지못하면 지방선거 불출마" 선언

경상북도의회 황병직(영주, 무소속) 의원이 “SK머티리얼즈의 타 지역 투자 막지 못하면 내년 지방선거에 불출마하겠다”며 굳은 의지를 밝혔다.
