코로나19로 주춤한 한국 청년들의 일본 취업 불씨를 다시 살리기 위해 산업통상자원부, (재)한일산업·기술협력재단과 영진전문대학교가 함께 손을 잡았다.
지난 7일 산업통상자원부 주관, (재)한일산업·기술협력재단과 영진전문대학교가 공동 주최하는 ‘2021 일본취업 온라인상담회’가 영진전문대학교 복현캠퍼스에서 개최되었다.

상담회를 위해 영진전문대 정보관 1층 홀에는 총 15개의 상담 부스가 설치되었으며 면접자들은 1인 1부스에서 코로나19에 따른 방역지침을 준수해 면접을 이어갈 예정이다.
7일에는 한국 대졸자 채용을 희망하는 일본 25개 기업 관계자들이 온라인 화상프로그램으로 서류 심사를 통과한 대구·경북 대학 졸업예정자 39명을 면접했다. 참가자들은 추후 3~4회에 걸친 온라인 면접을 거쳐 최종 채용내정을 받을 예정이다.
영진전문대학교 국제교류원은 이번 상담회와 관련 대구경북 대학생을 대상으로 사전 서류 256건과 면접 84건을 지원하며 일본 취업을 적극적으로 서포트해왔다.
전상표 국제교류원장(컴퓨터응용기계계열 교수)은 “우리 대학은 2021년 교육부 정보공시(2019년 졸업자 기준)에서 국내 2·4년제 대학을 통틀어 최다인 해외취업 185명을 달성해 2년 연속 해외취업 전국 1위를 차지하며 글로벌 대학으로서 위상을 더욱 굳건히 다지고 있다”고 자랑했다.

On the 7th, '2021 Japan Employment Online Consultation' was held at Bokhyun Campus of Yeongjin Junior College, hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and co-hosted by the Korea-Japan Industry and Technology Cooperation Foundation and Youngjin Junior College.
For the consultation meeting, a total of 15 consultation booths were installed in the hall on the first floor of the Information Center of Yeongjin Junior College, and the interviewers will continue their interview in one booth in compliance with the quarantine guidelines for COVID-19.
On the 7th, officials from 25 Japanese companies wishing to hire Korean university graduates interviewed 39 prospective graduates of Daegu and Gyeongbuk University who passed the document screening through an online video program. Participants will go through three or four online interviews to receive the final job offer.
The Youngjin University International Relations Center has been actively supporting employment in Japan by providing 256 preliminary documents and 84 interviews for Daegu-Gyeongbuk university students related to this conference.
Director Jeon Sang-pyo (Professor of Computer Applied Machinery) said, “Our university achieved 185 overseas employment, the highest number among domestic two- and four-year universities, according to the information disclosure by the Ministry of Education in 2021 (based on the graduates in 2019). Taking the first place in the country, it is further solidifying its status as a global university.”
