경북과학대, 전문대학생 취업역량 강화 한시 지원사업 대학 선정

경북과학대학교(총장 김현정)가 한국전문대학교육협의회의 ‘코로나19 상황 속 전문대학생 취업역량 강화 한시 지원사업’ 대학에 선정됐다고 8일 밝혔다.

이번 지원사업은 코로나19 여파로 수업과 취업 등에 어려움을 겪은 전문대학 졸업(예정)자의 취업역량 강화를 지원하기 위해 마련되었다.

사업 선정에 따라 경북과학대 2021년 졸업자 또는 2022년 졸업예정자 117명은 취업역량 강화와 관련된 각종 교육비나 자격증 시험·어학검정 응시수수료 등에 소요된 비용을 최대 70만원까지 지원 받을 수 있다.

경북과학대 정경희 입학취업처장은 “앞으로도 코로나19로 인해 힘든 시기를 보내고 있는 학생들에게 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있는 다양한 지원 방안을 마련할 계획”이라고 말했다.
