브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 서울중앙지방검찰청이 '대장동 개발사업 특혜 의혹'과 관련, 대규모 수사팀을 꾸리고 본격적인 수사에 들어갔다.
29일 법조계에 따르면 서울중앙지검 대장동 개발의혹 사건 전담수사팀은 이날 오전 경기 성남시에 위치한 화천대유 사무실 등 다수의 관련 장소에 검사와 수사관을 보내 증거 자료 확보에 나섰다.
이번 압수수색 대상에는 화천대유를 비롯해 천화동인4호 실소유주로 알려진 남욱 변호사의 사무실과 성남도시개발공사 기획본부장실, 관련자 주거지 등이 포함된 것으로 전해졌다.
검찰은 또한 전날인 28일에는 천화동인 5호의 소유주인 정영학 회계사를 불러 참고인 조사를 진행하기도 했다. 아울러 유동규 전 성남도시개발 기획본부장 등 관련자에 대한 출국금지 조치도 한 상태로 알려졌다.
검찰은 특히 이번 의혹에 걸쳐 수사를 진행하고 있다. 화천대유측에서 초호화 법률 고문단이 꾸려진 배경과 이와 관련된 정·관계 로비 의혹, 곽상도 무소속 의원(전 국민의힘 의원)의 아들이 50억원대 퇴직금을 받은 배경 등이 수사 대상에 포함된다.
또한 현재 여권의 유력 대선주자인 이재명 경기도지사의 업무상 배임 의혹도 함께 다룰 예정이다.
한편 김오수 검찰총장은 전날인 28일 서울중앙지검 경제범죄형사부와 공공수사2부를 중심으로 전국 검찰청에서 검사를 파견받아 별도의 수사팀을 구성한 뒤, 박범계 법무부 장관에게 승인을 요청했다.
이에 따라 전담수사팀은 김태훈 4차장검사 지휘하에 경제범죄형사부 검사 전원, 공공수사2부 검사 3명, 반부패·강력수사협력부 검사 1명, 파견검사 3명 등 검사 총 16명으로 꾸려진 것으로 전해졌다.
