브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 국민의힘 대선 예비후보인 원희룡 전 제주도지사는 29일 성남 대장동 특혜 의혹과 관련 "제주도지사를 해봐서 아는 데 개입하려고 마음먹으면 비서실장 시켜서 얼마든지 규정에 안 부딪히면서 할 수 있다"면서 이재명 경기도지사의 개입 의혹을 제기했다.
원희룡 후보는 이날 오전 CBS라디오 ‘김현정의 뉴스쇼’에 출연해 "(대장동 특혜 의혹은) 이재명 경기지사의 대선 플랜과 관련해 정치 자금 조성을 의도한 것이라고 본다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
그는 제주도지사 시절 이야기를 꺼내며 "제주도에 부동산 개발을 하는 제주개발공사가 있다고 한다면 이 곳의 사장은 도지사가 임명한다"라며 "거기 본부장, 사장이 다 (도지사) 측근이고 들어가는 업자들도 비서실을 통해 연결되는 사람이다"라고 했다.
이어 그는 "만약 1000억원대의 사업 정도면 몇십억원 정도, 그다음 조 단위면 100억원 넘어가는 돈을 제 손을 안 묻히고 나중에 법적인 추적이 불가능할 정도로 다 만들어드리겠다는 제안을 여러 차례 받았다"면서 "이런 제안이 경기도라고 없었겠나. (이재명 지사는) 없던 개발공사를 만들었고, 자기 측근이 사업 책임자로 들어앉아 있었다"라고 주장했다.
이에 진행자는 "도지사 시절 손에 피 묻히지 않고 돈을 찔러드리겠다는 제안이 들어왔다는 것이냐"고 재차 묻자 원희룡 후보는 "내가 돈 만질 필요도 없고, 문제가 되는 협약서에 등장할 필요도 없다고 했다. 또 정치자금을 받아 집에다 쌓아두거나 제 통장에 들어가게끔 할 필요도 없다고 했다"고 말했다.
진행자가 다시 "그렇다면 그런 제안을 모두 뿌리친 것이냐"고 묻자 "제가 보수 정당에 온 게 깨끗한 보수를 하기 위해서다. 돈 벌려고 했으면 밖에서 벌었을 것"이라며 "그런 부분을 단칼에 다 잘라냈기 때문에 제주도 건설업자나 중국 투자자본이 나를 너무 싫어했다"고 설명했다.

Former Jeju Governor Won Hee-ryong, a preliminary candidate for the presidential election, raised suspicions of Gyeonggi-do Governor Lee Jae-myung's involvement on the 29th, saying, "If you decide to intervene in knowing Jeju-do Governor, you can do it without meeting the rules."
Candidate Won Hee-ryong appeared on CBS radio "Kim Hyun-jung's News Show" earlier in the day and said, "(I think the suspicion of preferential treatment in Daejang-dong) was intended to raise political funds regarding Gyeonggi Governor Lee Jae-myung's presidential election plan."
Speaking of his days as governor of Jeju Island, he said, "If there is a Jeju Development Corporation that develops real estate in Jeju Island, the president of this place will be appointed by the governor," adding, "The head of the headquarters and the president are all close (do governor), and the companies that enter are also connected through the secretary's."
He then said, "I have been offered several times that I will make all the money worth a few billion won if it is worth 100 billion won, and then more than 10 billion won if it is in trillion won, so I can't trace it legally later." "We created a development work that didn't exist, so our close aide was in charge of the project," he claimed.
When asked again, "Are you saying that you were offered to poke money without blood on your hands when you were a governor?" Candidate Won Hee-ryong said, "I don't have to touch the money and I don't have to appear in the agreement in question." He also said that there is no need to receive political funds and stack them at home or let them enter my bank account.
When the host asked again, "If so, did you reject all such proposals?" he said, "I came to the conservative party to make clean remuneration. If I tried to make money, I would have made it outside, he said. "Because I cut all of that part at once, Jeju Island builders and Chinese investment capital hated me so much."
