브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 김종인 전 국민의힘 비상대책위원장은 29일 "내년 대선은 이재명 후보대 윤석열 후보의 경쟁이 될 거라 생각한다"라고 전망했다.
김종인 전 위원장은 이날 서울 종로구 서울대학병원에 마련된 고(故) 노태우 전 대통령 빈소를 찾은 후 기자들과 만나 "국민이 생각하기에 이재명 대 윤석열 경쟁으로 보고 있고, 그런 방향으로 결정되지 않을까 생각한다"고 말했다.
그는 홍준표 후보가 2030세대 지지율이 올라가며 다크호스가 될 것이란 전망에 대해선 "그건 홍준표 후보측에서 하는 이야기이고 최종적인 결론을 봐야 한다. 그 자체 가지고는 크게 의미가 없다"고 분석했다.
한편 김종인 전 위원장은 노태우 전 대통령 빈소를 찾은데 대해선 "내가 모셨던 분이니까 떠나실 때까지 매일 인사하러 오는 것"이라고 했다. 김 전 위원장은 노태우 정부 시절 보건사회부 장관과 청와대 경제수석을 지낸 바 있다.
