대구대, 제6회 글로벌 이노베이터 페스타 아이디어톤 1위

대구대학교(총장 김상호) 재학생으로 구성된 창업동아리팀이 제6회 글로벌 이노베이터 페스타 아이디어톤에서 1위를 차지했다.

지난 12일부터 13일까지 양일간 온·오프라인으로 실시된 제6회 글로벌 이노베이터 페스타 아이디어톤은 세계 청년 혁신가 및 스타트업들의 아이디어 발굴과 성장을 지원하기 위해 마련된 국내 최대 스타트업 행사이다.

이번 행사에서 김바름 팀장(대구대 일반대학원 정보통신공학과) 및 김철재·서석기·전주호 학생(ICT융합학부, 창업동아리 PlayCraft·고공)으로 구성된 ‘그냥오징어’ 팀은 디지털 뉴딜 분야에서 ‘마이데이터를 활용한 간편보험 관리 서비스’ 아이디어로 1위인 행정안전부장관상을 받았다.

그냥오징어팀은 최근 관심을 받는 ‘마이데이터’ 서비스를 이용해 고객이 신청하지 않아도 보험금이 자동으로 청구되며, 사용자에게 적합한 보험 설계, 건강관리 서비스 등 실질적인 혜택을 편리하게 확인할 수 있다는 점에서 우수한 평가를 받았다.

김바름 팀장은 “후배들과 함께 대회에 참여해 데이터 트렌드와 정책을 탐색하고 사회 문제해결을 위한 아이디어를 내는 과정에서 큰 의미가 있었다”면서 “팀원 간 함께 소통하고 학습할 수 있어 모두에게 좋은 기회가 됐다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
