[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경남도는 지난 14일 보건복지부 주관 ‘2021년 아동학대 공공 대응체계 운영 구축 평가’에서 17개 광역자치단체 가운에 우수기관으로 선정되어 보건복지부 장관상과 포상금 500만 원을 받았다고 밝혔다.
아동학대 공공 대응체계 구축 평가는 보건복지부가 지자체를 대상으로 아동학대 공공 대응체계 구축 성과를 평가하는 것으로, 올해는 ▲아동학대전담공무원 배치 및 지원 ▲학대피해아동 분리 및 회복지원 ▲유관기관 협조체계 구축 ▲우수사례 등 4개 분야 7개 항목을 측정해, 성과가 우수한 2개 시.도와 6개 시.군.구를 시상했다.
특히 ▲ 전문가정위탁제도 신규 추진으로 위기아동 가정 내 보호 활성화 ▲ 경남형 원가정 복귀 프로그램 자체 개발 운영 ▲ 거점형 심리치료·상담팀 조기 구성·운영 ▲현장 대응인력 갈등에 대한 도 차원의 실효성 있는 협업 지원 ▲도내 은행·커피판매점 등 민간기관과 협업을 통한 학대예방사업 추진 등에 높은 점수를 받은 것으로 보인다.
이상훈 여성가족아동국장은 “이번 수상은 경남도가 아동학대 공공화 체계에 맞추어 학대피해아동 보호를 위한 시책과 기반 확충의 적극적 투자, 아동학대 예방을 위한 사업의 다양화에 역량을 집중한 결실이라고 본다”면서 “아동이 상처받지 않도록 우리 사회가 좀 더 세심하게 살피고 관심을 기울일 수 있도록 지역사회의 관심과 인식을 개선하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
