창원시,‘백마 탄 여장군 김명시’출판기념회

[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 창원시는 18일 여성회관 마산관 3층 강당에서 2021년 양성평등기금사업 ‘창원여성이야기’ 1편인 ‘백마 탄 여장군 김명시’ 출판기념회를 개최했다.

이날 출판기념회에는 코로나19 방역지침에 따라 사업 참여 학생과 학부모, 김명시 장군 유족 등 50명이 참석하여 활동 소감을 공유하고 격려하였으며 유족 대표는 학생들에게 책을 전달받고 감사의 인사를 전했다.

창원시는 2021년 양성평등기금 사업으로 31개 사업을 추진하였는데 그 중 꿈꾸는 산호 작은도서관에서는 우리 지역의 여고생 14명을 대상으로 ‘딸들과 함께 쓰고 그리는 창원여성이야기 1’ 프로그램을 실시하여 역사, 글쓰기, 미술 교육 등을 통해 김명시의 일생을 재조명하였다.
