지난 22일 영진전문대학교(총장 최재영) 사회복지과 유아감성교육연구회는 오전 11시에 사전 제작한 ‘팥죽할멈과 호랑이’ 아동극을 유튜브로 생중계했다.

이번 방송은 대학 인근 아기동지어린이집(북구 산격동)을 비롯해 대구 5개구 115개 어린이집의 5천여 어린이들이 동시 시청하면서 즐거운 한때를 보냈다.
이번 공연을 총감독한 정하은 연구회장(1년)은 “애초에 보건소나 복지관에서 인형극 봉사 공연 의뢰를 받고 기획했는데, 많은 어린이집에서 비대면 실시간 공연을 해달라고 요청이 와, 지난 17일 대학 시청각실서 공연 녹화 후 유튜브로 진행했다”고 말했다.
공연 준비 소식에 류은주 숙천다솜어린이집(동구 숙천동) 원장은 “코로나로 야외활동이나 관람 등이 제한된 상황에 랜선 공연을 펼쳐져 아이들에게 큰 선물이 됐다”고 감사의 메시지를 전했다.
원정아 사복행복마을어린이집(대구 동구) 원장 역시 “동짓날에 딱 어울리는 아동극으로 원아들이 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었다. 멋지게 공연해 준 대학생들에게 감사의 박수를 보낸다”며 인사를 전했다.
