[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경상남도는 코로나19 장기화로 어려움을 겪고 있는 소상공인의 경영회복과 경쟁력 강화를 위한 경남형 소상공인 지원정책을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
이와 더불어 소상공인 지원정책을 속도감 있고 현실감 있게 추진하기 위해 5일 박종원 경제부지사 주재로 소상공인 간담회를 개최하여 소상공인이 신청 시기를 놓치지 않도록 지원정책을 신속하게 안내했다.
? 소상공인 금융지원 강화
먼저 단계적 일상회복 중 일시멈춤으로 경영애로를 겪는 소상공인을 위하여 경상남도 소상공인 정책자금 융자규모를 지난해 2,000억 원에서 올해 3,000억 원으로 대폭 늘리고 이자와 보증료 지원을 통해 소상공인 부담을 줄일 계획이다.
특히 융자총액 중 1,000억 원 증액분은 일시멈춤 특별자금으로 편성한다. 융자조건은 기존 보증한도와 별개로 업체당 1천만 원으로, 1년 거치 4년 분할상환이다. 도는 일시멈춤 특별자금에 대해 1년간 이자와 보증료를 전액 지원한다.
일시멈춤 특별자금은 최근 3개월 이내에 경남신용보증재단에서 신규보증을 받지 않고, 2021년 12월 31일 이전에 개업한 도내 소상공인이면 신용등급에 상관없이 누구나 신청할 수 있다.
다만 연체, 휴·폐업 중인 업체, 파산, 개인회생, 기타 금융기관과 여신거래가 불가능한 업체, 국세 및 지방세 체납 중인 업체, 사치·향락·투기 관련 업종 등은 지원 대상에서 제외한다.
기존 정책자금 2,000억 원에 대해서도 1년치 보증료의 50%~60%까지 일괄 확대 지원한다.
