[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 창원시는 7일 오전 접견실에서 보건복지부가 실시하는 복지행정 ‘지역사회보장계획 시행결과 평가 부문’에서 대상으로 선정돼 받은 포상금 2500만 원을 경남사회복지공동모금회에 기탁했다고 밝혔다.
이번 기부는 사회복지과 직원들이 코로나로 모두가 힘든 시기에 더 큰 어려움을 겪고 있는 지역의 이웃에게 지원하고 기부 문화 확산을 위해 사용하기로 뜻을 모아 추진하게 됐으며, 경상남도공동모금회를 통하여 어려움을 겪는 이웃에 전달될 예정이다.
