[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경남도 소방본부는 10일 경남소방교육훈련장에서 ‘제37기 신임 소방관 교육과정 입교식’을 가졌다고 밝혔다.

2022년 ‘검은 호랑이의 해’ 호랑이 기운 가득한 정예 소방공무원 157명(남149, 여8)을 양성할 예정이다.

제37기 신임 소방관들은 10일을 시작으로 19주간의 기본소양을 비롯한 화재 진압, 구조, 구급 등 업무수행에 필요한 교육과정을 마치고 5월 23일 경남도내 일선 소방서에 배치된다.

현장에서 즉시 임무수행이 가능하도록 실기교육(화재·구조·구급 등) 확대(80%이상) 및 참여식 교육훈련 강화로 현장에 강한 실전형 소방공무원 양성에 주안점을 두었다.

또한, 온라인 교육플랫폼을 활용해 주 강의실에서 보조강의실로 영상 및 음성을 전송하여 교육생 접촉 최소화 등 방역관리에도 만전을 기하였다.
