브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 추미애 전 법무부 장관은 이재명 더불어민주당 대선후보가 "제가 대선에서 지면 없는 죄를 만들어내 감옥에 갈 것 같다"고 발언한 데 대해 "괜한 말이 아니다"라고 밝혔다.
추미애 전 장관은 23일 자신의 페이스북에 올린 글에서 "윤석열 김건희 부부가 대선에 이기면 검찰권을 자신들의 권력 유지에 이용하고 치부를 하는 공포스런 일이 벌어질 것"이라며 이같이 말했다.
추 전 장관은 최근 MBC에서 보도된 김건희씨 녹취록 일부를 인용해 "(제보할 게 있으면) 내가 (연락처를) 보내줄 테니까 거기다 해. 내가 한동훈이한테 전달하라고 할게. 몰래 해야지. 말조심해야 돼. 어디 가서 절대 조심해야 돼"라고 적으며 "2020년 검언공작과 고발사주가 벌어진 당시에도 김건희씨와 한동훈은 4개월 동안 무려 9차례나 통화를 했고, 3개월간 332차례 카톡을 주고받았다"고 했다.
그러면서 "남편은 검찰을 떠났는데도 현직 고위급 검사를 집안 심부름하는 집사처럼 함부로 이름을 부르며 심부름시킬 수 있는 부인을 둔 윤석열 후보"라고 꼬집었다.
한편 이재명 후보는 지난 22일 서울 송파구 석촌호수 수변무대에서 연설을 하며 "검찰 공화국의 공포는 그냥 지나가는 바람의 소리가 아니고 우리 눈앞에 닥친 일이다. 이번에는 제가 지면 없는 죄를 만들어서 감옥에 갈 것 같다"고 말한 바 있다.
이에 대해 윤석열 국민의힘 대선후보는 "국민들이 다 판단하실 거라고 생각한다"며 "없는 죄를 만들어 사람을 감옥에 보내는 정권이 생존할 수 있겠냐"고 반문했다.

Meanwhile, candidate Lee Jae-myung campaigned on the street at Seokchon Lake in Songpa-gu, Seo-gu on the 22nd, saying, "The fear of the prosecution republic is not just the sound of passing wind, but it is just in front of us." In this regard, Yoon Seok-yeol, presidential candidate for the power of the people, asked back, "I think all the people will judge," adding, "Can a regime that creates a crime that does not exist and sends people to prison survive?"
