브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 안철수 국민의당 대선후보는 8일 중국 베이징 동계올림픽 쇼트트랙 남자 1000m에서 편파 판정 논란이 인데 대해 "중국은 더티(dirty) 판정을 즉각 취소하고 대한민국의 금메달을 돌려줘야 한다"고 맹비판했다.
안철수 후보는 이날 오전 자신의 페이스북을 통해 "선수들의 땀과 노력이 중국의 더티판정으로 무너져 내렸다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
안 후보는 "쇼트트랙 편파 판정으로 우리 선수들의 금메달을 도둑맞았다. 누가 봐도 이해할 수 없는 잘못된 판정"이라며 "중국 심판단의 못된 짓에 국민과 함께 분노한다"고 했다.
그는 또한 "선수단은 모든 노력을 다해서 더티판정을 바로잡고 우리 쇼트트랙 선수들의 땀과 열정의 결과물을 되찾아야 한다"고 강조했다.
안 후보는 중국을 향해서도 "세계인을 초청해놓고 올림픽 정신을 훼손하며 자기들 이익만을 편파적으로 추구한다면, 이번 동계올림픽은 세계인의 축제가 아니라 중국만의 초라한 집안 잔치로 끝나고 말 것"이라며 "중국은 대한민국은 물론 전세계 스포츠인들에게 사과해야한다"고 촉구했다.
그러면서 "중국은 주최국으로서 올림픽 참가를 위해 세계 각국의 선수들이 흘린 땀과 열정을 지켜줄 책임과 의무가 있다. 이것을 훼손한다면 중국은 세계 중심국가로서의 자격이 없다"며 덧붙였다.
한편 앞서 7일 쇼트트랙 남자 1000m 준결승에서 한국의 황대헌 선수와 이준서 선수는 각각 조 1위와 2위를 기록하며 결승에 올라가는 듯 했으나 모두 레인 변경 반칙을 이유로 실격당했다. 이들이 실격되면서 조 3위였던 중국 선수들이 결승에 오르는 행운을 맛봤다. 이어진 결승에서도 사올린 샨도르 류 헝가리 선수가 가장 먼저 들어왔지만 레이스 도중 반칙으로 실격됐다. 결국 금메달은 런쯔웨이, 은메달은 리원룽 등 중국 선수에게 돌아갔다.
