브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 안철수 국민의당 대선 후보는 15일 이재명 더불어민주당·윤석열 국민의힘 후보를 겨냥해 "저 안철수는 유일하게 회사 만들고 돈 벌어본 사람이다. 세금 퍼주기 하는 사람들과는 다르다"고 비판했다.
안철수 후보는 이날 오전 보수의 텃밭으로 불리는 대구 반월당 현대백화점 앞에서 "저는 국고를 바닥 내는 사람이 아니라 국고를 채울 사람"이라며 이같이 밝혔다.
그는 "박정희 대통령께서는 경제개발 5개년 계획으로 과학기술 발전시켜 한강의 기적을 만들어 냈다"며 "저 안철수는 그 뒤를 이어, 제2의 과학기술 입국을 통해 제2의 한강의 기적을 반드시 만들겠다"고 강조했다.
이어 그는 "저는 (대선후보 중 ) 유일하게 과학기술의 흐름을 제대로 알고 있는 사람이다. 미래 일자리는 과학기술 모르면 만들 수 없다"면서 "과거에 대한 응징, 평생 과거만 바라보던 내수용 법률가는 미래를 바라볼 수 없다. 저는 유일하게 의사다. 대통령 첫 임무가 지금도 고통받는 코로나를 빨리 종식 시키는 것이기에 어느 누구보다 안철수가 가장 잘 할 수 있지 않겠나"라고 했다.

그는 또한 "저는 미국에서 학교 나오고 유럽에서 연구원을 하고 중국에선 장사하고 일본엔 지사를 만들었다"며 "국내에서만 맴도는 사람들과는 전혀 다른 글로벌 감각을 갖고 있다. (당선됐을 때) 외국 정상회담을 하면 아마도 정말 자랑스러운 대통령을 보실 수 있게 될 것"이라고 힘주어 말했다.
안철수 후보는 군대 얘기도 꺼내며 "남성 후보 세사람 중 군대 제대로 다녀온 사람은 저 밖에 없다"면서 "군대도 다녀오지 않은 사람이 어떻게 군통수권자를 할 수 있겠나. 지금 대한민국은 백척간두의 낭떠러지에 서 있다. 5년 지나고 나면 다시는 기회가 없다. 저는 간절한 마음으로 나라를 살리러 나왔다. 제 간절함을 믿어주시고 제 능력을 믿어주시라"고 지지를 호소했다.
그는 아울러 "기득권 양당은 자기 편 먹여 살리기 위해 정치하지만 저는 청년 먹여 살리기 위해 정치한다"라며 "청년 일자리를 만들고 공정한 나라를 만들고 정치인들 퍼주기 정책을 막아서 청년 자살률 줄이고 우리 출생률 높이는 것이 제 정치의 목표"라고 말했다.

Speaking of the military, candidate Ahn Cheol Soo said, "Among the three male candidates, I am the only one who has properly served in the military," adding, "How can a person who has not served in the military be the commander of the military?" Now, the Republic of Korea is standing on the cliff of the Baekcheok Gandu. After five years, there will be no chance again. I came out to save my country with a desperate heart. "Please believe in my desperation and believe in my ability," he appealed for support.
He also said, "Both parties of vested interests are political to feed them on their side, but I am political to create a fair country and prevent politicians from spreading policies to reduce youth suicide rates and increase our birth rates."
