브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 이재명 더불어민주당 후보와 윤석열 국민의힘 후보가 21일 열린 TV토론에서 각자의 의혹을 부각시키며 격돌했다.
이날 오후 8시 서울 마포구 상암동 MBC에서 열린 중앙선거관리위원회 주관 경제 분야 TV 토론에서 윤 후보는 이재명 후보 배우자의 경기도 법인카드 사적 유용 의혹을, 이 후보는 성남 대장동 개발특혜 의혹의 핵심인물인 '김만배-정영학' 녹취록으로 공세에 나섰다.
먼저 윤석열 후보는 "이 후보는 민주주의와 경제발전을 이야기 하더니 언론에 연일 나오는 경기지사 법인카드 공금 횡령에 대해선 말씀을 안한다"며 "여기에 대해 제대로 조사하고 본인이 엄정하게 책임지는 게 민주주의고, 사람들 일할 의욕을 북돋아주는 게 경제발전 기본이 아니겠느냐"고 꼬집었다.
이에 이 후보는 "이건 안 보여드리려 했는데"라고 말하며 최근 공개된 대장동 개발사업 특혜 의혹과 관련한 화천대유 관계자인 김만배씨와 정영학씨의 녹취록 일부가 담긴 피켓을 꺼내 들었다.
이 후보는 "여기 보시면 '윤석열은 영장 들어오면 죽어. 윤석열은 원래 죄가 많은 사람이긴 해. 내가 가진 카드면 윤석열은 죽어'"라며 피켓에 적힌 녹취록을 읽었다.
윤 후보는 자신이 대장동 의혹의 핵심인 것처럼 공격당하자 "화천대유 어쩌구 하시면서 녹취록을 말씀하시는데 그 사람들은 이재명 후보와 훨씬 가까운 측근 아니냐. 저는 10년동안 본 적도 없는 사람"이라고 반박했다. 그러면서 "정영학은 알지도 못하는 사람이고, 제가 듣기론 녹취록 끝 부분에 가면 '이재명 게이트'라는 말을 김만배가 한다고 한다. 그 부분까지 다 포함해서 말씀하시라"고 덧붙였다.
그러자 다시 이재명 후보는 "또 거짓말을 하신다"며 "저는 정영학 회계사 남욱 변호사 본 적도 없다. 무슨 측근에 가까운 사람이냐. 어디에 이재명 게이트 라고 있느냐. 녹취록을 내시라. 지금 허위사실이면 후보 사퇴하겠냐. 그런 게 있었으면 지금까지 제가 있었겠나"라고 몰아붙였다.
