경남통일농업협력회는 통일딸기의 명맥을 이어가고자 결의하고 통일딸기 하우스 세 동을 지어 지역의 농민들이 직접 재배와 생산, 판로를 찾는가 하면 소비자들이 생산 현장을 찾아 통일딸기의 생산과정과 의미 그리고 지난 십수년 전부터 이어져 온 통일딸기의 유래를 보고 이해하는 시간들을 체험하는 곳으로 만들어가고 있다.
